Iothic kin LIB provides a Continuous Proof of Trust network for your heterogenous network by embedding Iothic kin LIB inside your native Windows, Linux, Mac, iPhone or Android devices
Software products that handle machine-to-machine communication still rely on something stored: a certificate, key, token, shared secret, or service credential. Those objects have to be issued, protected, rotated, audited, and revoked. When they expire, spread, get copied, or are misused, machine trust becomes both an operational burden and a security risk.
kin lib is an embeddable API library that handles the machine-authentication event using kin’s Continuous Proof Trust framework. Machines, workloads, agents, services, gateways, and devices prove themselves dynamically instead of relying on a stored credential as the centre of trust.
Your platform, policy engine, logging stack, customer workflows, and deployment model stay in place. kin lib handles the proof.
Installation is:
Statically link kin LIB to your Linux / Windows c/c++ app
Embed static calls listed in iothic.h into your c/c++ program
Run your app / software as normal, now protected with Iothic's kin CPT
Devices are brought online as known entities using a one-time post-quantum ML-KEM-based key exchange.

Each device is assigned a user-defined digital DNA: approved hardware profiles, software profiles, configuration states, and shared histories.

A trusted mesh participant acts as a validator. Communicating devices and the validator participate in a live proof process, making trust harder to spoof, replay, or centralize.

Authorized devices independently derive session-specific AES-256-GCM keys. No keys are stored or exchanged. Operational keys are never treated as reusable credentials.
